If I could give a negative star rating I would. Long story short: despite prior arangements and calling to confirm that day, the service was 1.5hrs late to pick up my 3 friends, me and my SUV. The owner of the 'business' picked us up in Toronto to go back to Barrie. Luckily my one friend who knows the city well was able to give him step by step directions on how to get back to the hwy 400N as he had no idea. My other friend made a general joke about Toronto driver's poor habits and the driver chimed in with the most derogatory racist term possible against those of middle eastern descent. It gets worse: on the drive back the driver drove as fast as 160km in MY vehicle. He slammed brakes, changed lanes with out signaling, went from the slow lane to the fast lane at times as well as drifitng from his lane. I was shocked and curtly told him to slow down. When we thankfully arrived alive at my residence I asked who the owner was and the driver advised he was and looked puzzled at which point I questioned the cost of a service that was as terrible as which was received. He shrugged and maintained it was the 120$ as told over the phone. I paid him but will never use this service again and will never recommend them.
