    Fireplace Specialties A+ all the way.

    We just had our two propane fireplaces installed by Ryan and Jason from Fireplace Specialties. We are very satisfied and have peace of mind knowing that they were installed by two highly professional installers who not only payed attention to every detail but went above and beyond our expectation. We highly recommend Fireplace Specialties. Before the installation the owner, Sam was very attentive to our needs and requirements and was ready to answer all our questions.     Not happy - again

    Paid over $300.00 to have my stove cleaned in Dec. Stove was "problematic" all January until I decided to re-clean and found that the exhaust at the back of the stove was 75% obstructed with ash. What did I pay for? This is the 4th service call and all others were without acceptable results. I am a professional residential inspector with over 48 homes in my care and I can't get this company to do an acceptable job in my own home???
