Been going to Top Technician for YEARS. Never had an issue. John (the owner) is fastidious & no-nonsense-get-to-the-point.

Disorganized and incompetent

Worst experiences I've ever had at a garage. Totally disorganized and incompetent. They have broken parts while making repairs (which they replaced at "no cost"- of course it's no cost...you broke it! And naturally, i have to come back the next day because they don't have the part they broke). Confirmed an appointment only to have them tell me once I got there that they forgot to order the part but if i could wait around for a few hours they could get to it. The odd screw up, sure, human error, but every time i go there they have an excuse as to why the car isn't ready and i need to come back the next day. And i keep hoping next time...will be better. Alas...i can wait no longer. Only went because a friend recommended them to me. I'm recommending people go elsewhere. Anywhere.
