Canadian Tire General Store - Rust Check

I had car trouble on Friday and drove directly to Canadian Tire for help. They were able to fit me in an I had great service from Steve K in the shop. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store. I will go back next time I need help. Thanks

I find this store disgusting first someone actually took a crap by the shopping carts inside the store( human crap) then items are put into bins ( shoes, coats, snow pants) and you have to hunt in bins for sizing and match! Absolutely discussing for a franchise! No standards at this store at all!

Canadian Tire Posted an Item (Gracious Living 8-Drawer White Tower) in their website in a discounted price, but when I went in their store the item was not available. I tried to ask for a rain check from their staff but they refused to give me. They said they were not aware that there are no available stocks in their store. I was so disappointed cause I lost time, cost of gas and milage for this. They didnt even offered to check for stocks in other stores for me. So Disappointing!

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Never, ever buy tires from this location or any other location. I bought 4 new Motomaster APX tires in the summer of 2016. They never were used in the winter and they have severe weather cracking. Two of the tire technicians at this location inspected the tires and were shocked at how bad they are. They did order me 4 new tires but failed to mention l will have to pay for labour to install the tires, and pay extra to have them balanced

Avoid the auto shop at this CTC store at all costs!!! They are slow; they never have enough personnel behind the counter; and they don't deliver as promised. During a previous visit, a mechanic also wanted to do unnecessary repairs. As I write this, I have been waiting for 9 hours to get my vehicle back, after they told me it would be 3 to 4 hours. And I just had a call from them in which they told me there was a screw up and I now won't get my vehicle back until Tuesday - 3 days from now!!!

This store has horrible customer service and ridiculous store policies! Their no knapsack policy for 30 year old professionals (my boyfriend and I who stopped in after a cycling trip) is shockingly insulting. Im not checking my bag...it has with my keys, wallet and phone. We are not criminals and customers shouldn't be embarassed like this. They have lost us as customers forever!
