Classy Clips

***DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE*** On Wednesday July 29th, I took my 11 year old Yorkie to Classy Clips 132 Simmons Blvd, Brampton, ON to be groomed by Lynn. The next morning we noticed a large gash in his leg. He needed to be brought into the Vet to have surgery. Lynn was very difficult to get the vet bills covered. She refused to refund the 45$ fee she charged us to have him groomed. Please do not take your pets here. SHE IS NEGLECTFUL.

Dog sitting for a friend and he needed a haircut bad. She squeezed me in, was very pleasant and did a wonderful job. I found the place clean and found them to be very friendly. Would recommend!

My Welsh springer spaniel looked beautiful

I have a Welsh springer spaniel & went to 4 different places before. While all these places had friendly groomers, I was never fully satisfied with the final look I've found this groomer after asking an English springer spaniel's owner . I went there twice now, and both times was very happy with the way my Mercy groomed - just like on the photos of dogs exhibits, plus a bonus: all matted fur was fully removed. I didn't find any cuts on my dog.

Avoid this groomer

We did not have a good experience with this groomer. The salon was noisy and dirty, and the owner was abrupt with me when I explained that my dog tends to be nervous when he gets groomed. I was not reassured that they would help him feel at ease. He came out with a terrible haircut -- his face and feet were not trimmed, his ears were more matted than they were to begin with and he had little bits of fur sticking out all over -- not what one would expect from a professional groomer. I will never take my dog back here and cannot recommend this salon to anyone.
