On May 15, 2015, the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities (MTCU) announced it will no longer be supporting the Ontario Self-Employment Benefit (OSEB) program across the province as of March 31, 2016. As a result of this announcement, new applications for the OSEB program will no longer be accepted as of May 15, 2015.
