Excellent service, like the attention to details. they made sure to explain every step of the project and kept us well informed with updates even prior to start date. They even followed up the following year to remind us of the required reseals. Definitely would highly recommend them
I chose 1 star because it wouldn’t let me choose less. Absolutely horrendous customer service, sent a message asking for a small job, days later a response after I sent more messages to ask if the job was too small for them…finally replied but never showed up and again no communication…don’t do business with them, you’re asking for disappointment and disrespect
I called this company to provide an estimate for some work at my home. A representative came to my home, discussed the work to be done and advised that they would provide an estimate in the next few days. When a week went by, I called, left a message and no one returned my call. I called a few more times and no one returned the calls. After more than two weeks, I gave up and called other contractors. Dynes Yardwork clearly does not understand respectful customer service.

Good day, we are sorry your experience was not the best. This year has had an overload in call volume (over 150 estimates in 9 weeks) and with Covid 19 , we have been short staffed . This business is owner operated with a small crew, so between site hours and evening appointments, we have not got all estimates out as requested as Michael, the owner has had to be on site longer than usual..
