great service from some of the staff. others need to learn how to be courteous to the customers. the customer base is important as they pay thier wages in the end.

nothing to write home about, the service was really pleasant which made up for the rather generic food. nothing special or worth going back for. sorry but-2 thumbs down.

My girlfriend is allergic to onions. We asked the waitress to make sure they didn't mix onions into the hamburger patties. She checked with the kitchen and they said no. Surprise, surprise, the hamburger patty had onions in it. We could see them. Then waitress had the gall to argue with us. When we asked for the manager we were told there was no manager present. My friend is a chef and he told me this is a code violation as there must be someone in charge at all times. We actually had to argue over not paying for something my girlfriend was not able to eat and they didn't even offer us anything as a substitute. The other meals were nothing to write home about. Their "smoked meat" is really just pastrami. They must have a magic touch for breakfast though, as they are usually lined up out the door on weekend mornings.

For some reason this restaurant is usually very busy at breakfast. It's definitely NOT worth the wait. The food is greasy and poorly cooked, and the service is mediocre at best. Don't believe the hype!
