They have cheaper prices sometimes, but Worst costumer service ever. I don't know if they are located in the Philippines or where, they just dragging you around and around. and repeat the same thing over and over without understanding what the issue is. there is no real manager in there and you have to deal with people who don't cares about your issue.
I have to cancel booked flight due to Hurricane MARIA which caused my booked Cruiser cancelled. but the Flighthub can only give a credit which can be only used for the same airline/ same person/ same origin/ same destination... not possible to use the credit basically. terrible experience.
The absolute worst online agency to deal with. So our flight to Florida was cancelled due to Hurricane Irma. We already had time off from work booked. Westjet refunded all passengers due to the Hurricane. We call these guys to find out where are refund is and they ask "We can book you on the next flight out Florida?" Seriously!!! Do you not watch the news!!!?? We have spent hours on the phone trying to get our money back to no avail. You call and they put you on hold for hours!!!
