Terrible customer satisfaction!Trusses out 1/2 inch on ceiling of upper storey. Told management and nothing done, said they would get back to me, still nothing finally said they were getting estimates to fix, nothing. Talked to contractor they said they sent an email with estimate and never heard back.With another call threatened a lawyer would be my next call!Finally got a call from contractor and coming in the next couple of days to fix them! $34,000 for garage trusses this gal wasn’t go away!
