We have been dealing with Vanderburgh's since the mid 70's.
No matter what the occassion, (happy or sad) they are always there to advise and prepare the most appropriate flower arrangements. Given the fragile nature of cut flowers, the product is always fresh and seems to last longer than expected. As an example, yesterday I went into the store to check on the quality and availability of red roses. This morning when I arrived at 9:05, Vicky was there already preparing the order knowing I would be there to pick them up first thing this morning. All of the staff who were in the store preparing for the day were friendly and greeted me and a few other customers with a cheery hello and a smile. This is what I think "service" is all about and the staff understand that. They go above and beyond.
