I ordered a pair of boots online May 8, I have emailed three times no response to see where my boots are, I have called twice as well, spoke to 2 diffrewnt managers, they would look into it and call me back when boots arrived? Guess what still waitying for boots that have been paid for since early May? Terrible customer service, I like going into the store but online ordering/customer service has been astroious? I had to give one star.
