They were excellent to deal with start to finish, always replied promptly via phone and email, and most importantly the granite countertop looks great! If you are in the Guelph/GTA area, I would recommend dealing with Stone Innovations.
We had our kitchen done with stone innovation and I would not recommend them to anyone. I cant describe in detail how disappointed we were inn 500 characters.
cut our small kitchen counter into 5 pieces, instead of 2 like we were told. They left the counters filthy, took 2 hours of hard scrubbing to clean.silicone all over our cabinets. when we called to ask about all this Antonella was so rude, refused to do anything and not even an apology for anything, they now ignore our phone calls
You were NEVER guaranteed it would be two seams. Right from the first meeting I advised you of the number of seams the job would probably take. I did make the suggestion that if possible we would seam a different way but I also mentioned that I was not the one responsible for making that determination as there are a number of factors involved in deciding where to place a seam. The filth you refer to was excess sealer that did not absorb in certain places. When you called to inform me, I politely suggested you could use hot soapy water and paper towel to remove it. I have never ignored your phone calls nor dismissed any of your concerns. If I had I would have never had the privilege of being reminded time and time again that you were still waiting for a cutting board which I told you I may or may not be able to obtain from the slab. I do apologize your cutting board was late and that you though it had scratches on it.
