Bob is one of the most obnoxious people I had to deal with. He treats his customers and drivers poorly.
Don't bother calling this guy, you're going to be talking to someone whose default emotion is mean.
I used to love Bobs Delivery. Kind, Courteous, Consistent, and honest about all options and deliverables. Ive noticed a significant decline . They now take orders they cant deliver. The customer service is atrocious, and Bobs daughter is failing to fulfill his good reputation. I would strongly recommend finding other options!!!
Had an odd delivery request, my mom made my favourite foods, and i was going to be too busy all week to stop by her place myself,the delivery was picked up and delivered in less than 1 hour. Fast, Friendly Service at a Great Price! Thanks Guys!
I have used Bobs Delivery service, with confidence. I had them pick up different things, always with excellent results. From small appliances, diabetic test strips, or household needs. The men are great that I have dealt with.
Ordered from taco bell and ordered two crunch wraps, 3 fries supreme, and 2 tacos with hot sauce, we paid full price which was 33$ and we didnt get the 2 tacos, hot sauce or recipt... when i called back i was told to call taco bell and was told the tacos weren't even ordered and even if they did forget the tacos i had no recipt to prove otherwise they more then failed to fix their mistake and im never ordering with these guys again this is outrageous.
We ordered food, was told it would be 30-45 minutes.. Hasn't come. Now we can't even order pizza, it's to late.. thanks guys, now my kid is upset it was a surprise meal for him.. Not impressed..
HORRIBLE SERVICE! I normally order mcdonalds with bobs more than I would like to admit - let's just say he gets a nice chunk of money from us on a regular basis. So when I have a large item (over ten dollars worth) missing from my order, someone's entire dinner and call, I am told "sorry" u will have to call the store...!! The reason I use your service is because I don't drive....so calling them does nothing for the person who paid for a whole meal and it's not there. I will no longer be using this service (customer for 10 yrs or more) and I will be making sure every single person I have recommended use your service doesn't either. Terrible service towards a great customer that always tipped you on top of your service fee
In fairness to your complaint with Bobs delivery we do a lot of Mcdonald orders. Our job is to tell the store your order and its there job to pack the order the way you asked for it. Our drivers dont have the right to look inside the bag once its packed by the Mcdonalds clerk as we have what they say dirty hands. I know i wouldnt want someone going into my order and moving things around. You were told to call mcdonalds and they would make it right to you. Our job was complet as we are just the middle man. Sorry you havnt been ordering from us that long and sorry that mcdonalds messed up your order. You have the copy of the bill and there is a phone number on the bill that you can call and complain to and Mcdonalds will be more then happy to make it rite to you. I would also thank you for the post as it brings more people to our site and makes they aware of the service we offer.

its convienant and everyone is very nice.
out 10 times that i have ordered with them, I had an issue withthem once. they did not deny or make excuses. Bob himself apologized to me and it never did happen again.
very good service I believed, lot better than Quite a few places in Hamilton.

well I didn't get what I ordered and still had to take it and pay for delivery and not even a phone call that's bad service will not order from here again
Worst service ever brought me the wrong order still made me pay for delivery and didn't offer to make it rite DO NOT ORDER from this company they don't no how to make a simple order
Sorry to hear you got the wrong order. This is the first compliant to our company in four years of doing delivery in Hamilton. Funny you rant here and didn't call our dispatcher back to make your order right. Every one can
