Had my jewelry in there for 10 years paid on the dot every year, my mistake was that I let a friend pick it up finally, When He got it home I had diamonds missing and a beautiful sapphire ring missing it had a dark blue stone 2kt or close to and a gold setting of circles or half circles around the ring 2 layers. I was not returned to me and I could not do a darn thing about it because they put the pawn ticket in the person who would take the interest to them every year because I did not drive.
