I took my French Bulldog/English Bulldog mix to Alcona and had a horrible experience with them. They try to upsell every chance they got and provided awful service every time I went. My dog had a couple of bumps on her head and they went ahead without asking me and plucked her hair. She also had giardia which they were suppose to get rid of - after switching vets, I found out that she still has it in her system which affects her stomach lining now.
