Forest Hill

The Administrator is a Scottish woman who does not have a clue what she is doing. She has very poor communication skills and she is always hiding in her office. My dad lived there for 3 years on the third floor before he died and he received very poor care. I spoke to one of directors of care and she gave me the cold shoulder each time I approached her. Every time on my way out after visiting my father, I would stop by her office to talk to her and she was always on her cell phone texting.
