Paid Peter Diernegger for a WETT cert inspectn for the home I was purchasing. He reported only issue was apron 7-in short but missed that the woodstove was dangerous - warped sides from excessive heat & all fire bricks missing from inside! Wound up costing me $5,000 for a new wood stove once I discovered his oversight AFTER I moved in! Couldve made a lower purchase price had I known!
Doesnt return calls or make good on his errors. Get a written report before you pay & get a receipt for cash
