They didn't deliver the pizza. It took 9 minutes on hold, the individual told me the store was going to call me. The store did not! I had to recall the number, wait on hold fir another 7 minutes to find out when the pizza was going to be delivered.
I will not be a returning customer.
Also. The delivery driver shows up. My bill was $40.65, I give him three twenties. He informs me that he does not have enough change to give me back. I end up getting $14 back and he gets a $5.35 tip. BS Never again will I order from there.
Horrible, greasy, cold and burnt pizza which took forever to deliver, it was so bad that the kids didn't want to eat it and we ended up throwing most of it out. Also couldn't get in contact with that store, was just redirected to a different line. Would not order from there again. I generally don't complain about food, as I worked in the industry before, but I've never heard a seven year old refuse to eat pizza before.
