In one word "disappointing" The service was terrible to say the least. One meal served luke warm and the pork chop was a dried out piece of pork the size of a business card. The kale dinner special was not as advertised. The waitress never came back to check how things were till a different waitress noticed our drinks were long gone and took our order. We had been waiting 20 minutes at this point. The penne pasta alfredo was much better, large and served hot. Sadly won't go back-not recommended
Pros - Food is fantasic, schnitzel is the best in K/W, friendly staff who are eager to please
Cons - Atmosphere is a bit plain, but that suits the age and type of clientele

This is a great family dining experience,reasonably priced and good value. Food is always fresh, well cooked and - while you will not get the variety you might elsewhere - the quality more then makes up for it. Staff are attentive and nice. Comfortable setting. We bring our kids and they love it. One of the best dining experiences in K-W.
Came for the lunch buffet, and enjoyed the Germanic ambiance, good German food and decor.
Good selection on the buffet, and surprisingly vegeatrian-friendly (even though we had no vegetarians with us).
The schnitzel was espoecially good -- I had..err...3 pieces. Yum.
Everything was freash, well prepared and piping hot. The busy hall helped with teh turnover on the buffet tables, I imagine.

The decor and furniture took me back to Germany! The menu has a nice selection of popular German dishes. My dish tasted great and authentic. I think our waitress was German too. We had a large party, I think around 15, and she seemed to handle the service almost perfectly, on my end of the table at least. I look forward to going back again.

If you like German cuisine, you need to check out the Concordia Club in Kitchener. A nice selection of German and European beers are available at the bar. The Schenke downstairs has a cozy and traditional German look and feel. Wait staff wear dirndl dresses and are very polite. Food is excellent. Highly recommended.
