Twice in the last 4 weeks I have tried to get my glasses adjusted. You have to stand outside the locked door and call a number that is posted on the door. First time I was told that there was no optometrist in that day. Come back another day. I asked if I could make an appointment. No, that was not possible. Today I tried again and again the door was locked and again I had to call the number on the door. A very terse person who answered the phone told me they were too busy.
