I purchased a Wag...

I purchased a Wag Jag offer and arranged an appointment time. Took the day off work and waited. Well, they were a no-show. Have tried to contact them by phone and email during that day and since and I am being ignored!! What a waste of my time and money. Avoid the disappointment and steer clear of these guys. Now I just hope I can get a refund from Wag Jag.

Friendly staff members

Bought a Wagjag deal online for their service. Made my appointment online and they came within 3 days. Their worker made an fantastic job on our carpets and couch they are very pleasant to deal with . Can only recommend their service to anyone .

Bought a wag jag ...

Bought a wag jag for Nico carpet cleaning. Booked an appt which was difficult because they had nothing for at least a month. Never showed up and when I called the lady had said they tried to contact us via email the night before but it bounced back when I had only left my phone number as contact. She told us they would come at 6-8pm that evening.No show! Then booked us for following Monday at 6pm and another no show. Unprofessional and very unreliable never recommend this company to anyone.
