Ryan is extremely rude to customers. I don't know how they keep him there. I was a customer for 2 years and everytime I call he raisd his voice to me. We have cancelled and moved on to a better provider
Your responses to customer complaints and concerns is lacking. We have issues with our billing that cannot seem to get straightened out and our Internet quality is under what was promised and the level of quality level it was when we were assessing going with Ruralwave service. What does it take to get things worked on, a trip to your physical office? Come on! Get our bill questions answered to our satisfaction without giving us attitude and give better Internet quality that you promised.
