My experience at Balletts recently was great! As part of the bridal party we got our dresses here at Balletts. The customer service was excellent and we had a great time picking the dresses :) Thanks for an excellent experience !
Dress did not look like sample. Fitting-dress didn't look right but we trusted their "pro. judgement" b/c it was supposed to look that way for the dress to stay up. We left with the dress & a sad bride. Next day called and were told it was our problem as we left with it. Offered to fix it but we took it to someone else as they butchered it the 1st time so trust was gone. Offered $30 for $300 alterations.Lucky to have gone to someone else as there were more than just alterations issues with dress
