Was referred by a trusted friend. Fuji brought me in Friday afternoon late and had my van fixed by Saturday at noon for $250.00. The last time I had this type of work done it cost me over $800.00. GREAT service and turn-around time. Can't recommend Fuji more *****

I have been with Fuji mechanics for a very long time, he is a very honest mechanic and does an excellent job.

Disorganized I had to wait 3 hours for a part to come in. Don’t waste your time here.

Nobody wearing masks. Asked if someone could look at the car, knocking sound from front right. Told me it was a control arm Then charges for an estimate I replied with the reception said nothing about a fee. He yells at me “I’m the best in the city “ Why wouldn’t I charge If you don’t pay I’ll just call the police and keep the car Very arrogant and unprofessional

Love Fugi!!! Tells ya straight up what’s wrong and no sugar coating it. Been following him since he had the smaller set up. As a woman I can say I finally have a mechanic I can trust!!

Broke my emergency brake and didn’t even have the decency to tell me. I drove it from his shop and called him and asked why my emergency brake light is on and if he disconnected it for some reason because it obviously isn’t working and he said no he broke it. He had 2 opportunities to confess that he broke my emergency brake and he didn’t. He thought I was some dumb lady who wouldn’t notice. So now I have a light on and no emergency brake thanks to Fuji! Very unprofessional experience!

good at first,then raised rate ever since,ex.30 for oil change good,next time 35 fine! next time give 40$ no change told to go somewhere else,he is a PRICK!! also told my grandson he needed new bearings on new used car,turned out lug nuts wre wrong size!

They lie about everything! I went for an oil change and 3 days lady my engine was over heating because there was no coolant. I went for another oil change and made sure to remind them to top up all fluids and to check my filter (which is suppose to be part of the procedure) I watched them and they didn’t Top up or check anything. I sent them back to Top up fluids and they charged me $5 for windshield fluid and $20 for coolant! I am so up Set. Every time I’ve gone there, there has been a problem

Highly recommend Fuji Auto. Very professional. Final cost was less then what was quoted.

Woman's perspective - when going to an Auto mechanic we always know we're going to get screwed, just not sure from what end or how much wordy foreplay will be involved - Fuji brakes the mold,I'v been taking my charger there for years - the job is done right the first time,I get the best rate for the work(I do my homework),he explains in detail what the hell is wrong with it and I'm need to know kinda person,furthermore I can't count the number of men & woman I run into who rave about this shop.

first time stop by to get estimate.I asked very simple question " what is the brand name of brake disc " Owner answer is " you don't need to know "...Of course I have to know, maybe you are using junk parts.. unprofessional business skill,rude owner..never go back..

the owners are rude and extremely unprofessional. would not recommend - they just want your money. they constantly yell at customers and do a poor job. paid $1200 for a service, only having to bring it to another mechanic to fix their work.
