Experience with sales man was terrible. There’s lots of honda dealers around. In the past I’ve Toyota’s, Vw’s and Honda’s, I’ve never had such a disrespectful almost combative interaction.
Called to book an oil change on April 13 and was told they were booking for may 1st. Come on people if you can't do an oil change on a customer's vehicle in a 3 week time window, people are going to go elsewhere.
My daughters 2008 Honda Civic broke down on her way out of the city camping. We had it towed into London Honda thinking the worst - a transmission. They estimated it quickly, reached out to us to get approval and had it fixed within 24 hours for a minor problem. They also road tested it afterwards to make sure it fixed the problem. The service advisor, Jim, was amazing. We definitely had a great experience and will be back. Thank-you!
