    Wasted 3/4 of my day because employees don't book properly. RUDE OWNER when i questioned his prices because they seemed high. Decided not to have Ricky Ratchet fix car. After car was dropped of realized they didn't even latch the hood properly before leaving shop!!!! COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE Change name to Ricky Rackets!!

    Drove from woodst...

    Drove from woodstock for a part and service. Arrived on time and they jacked the price. Shop around. Save your miney by going elsewhere.
