Lulu's Xtreme Clean

Owner is unprofessional, I believe her to be dishonest, rude and does not listen to instructions. I would not recommend doing business with this person.

Owner is rude, does not listen to instructions, does not listen to what you have to say and when you don’t agree with her she pulls the race card!, stay away

Been using lulus for a long time and finally I had enough of the way I was treated as a client and told them I no longer want their services. Their policies reign Supreme. You get "in trouble" when there isn't a parking spot for them, when you don't pay up front, when you forget to empty your vacuum, I even got told many times the mop I provided for them is not what they use and I had to purchase a different mop and bucket just for them. Steer clear unless you like feeling degraded as a customer

The only thing extreme about Lulus Xtreme clean is the rudeness of the owner and the incompetency of the cleaning staff. You end up paying hundreds of dollars only to get a light dusting service that you could have done yourself in an hour or less. Steer clear of this establishment. Ask around, get references, and do your research before hiring people who take your money and do not deliver.

Extremely disappointing. Little to no value for the large amount of money you pay. Lulu insists on being paid in full upfront, and this is very likely because she knows that clients will be unhappy with the service but will then have no recourse. I wish to God I had done a bit more research before using this company. The experience was terrible and Lulu herself is, in my opinion, highly unprofessional. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Complete waste of money.
