We left a small welding job with the owner based on his assurance that he did small jobs & that he would give us an estimate before proceeding. We had heard nothing after 2 months & when we called looking for our estimate he could not find our part. He finally found it, fixed it without giving us an estimate & presented us with a $95 bill ($107.35 tax in) for the repair. The owner was not apologetic for failing to give an estimate. In fact he was aggressively unapologetic!!
