Mr. Garden sent an unqualified surveyor to perform the legal survey we paid for (over $3K), when we raised concerns Mr. Garden was totally unreasonable and yelled much of his response in CAPITALS over email. This company is unethical and their surveyors don't care about precision or accuracy. Mr Gardens responses to our concerns were made up and we caught him in several lies. Our concerns were legitimate and we confirmed this when we hired a real surveyor to do the work. AVOID at ALL costs
