    We felt that we w...

    We felt that we were oversold and deceived by the hotel staff.They charged us $35.00 for valet parking + $ 7 in taxes and some other service fee and we had to wait 20 minutes to get our car. When asked about the car, one of their staff just pointed at my car parked at the corner and made us feel that it was our fault that we didn't ask for it. The whole point of us using the valet parking was that we don't have to walk with our 14 months toddler to the parking lot in cold weather.
