Way over priced and not friendly. Charged more than even quoted on the phone. I expect to pay over 250 for a haircut and cookout in Toronto. Not in Niagara Falls. And almost over 100 than quoted. Holy cow.
My husband and I just had our haircut there. Our stylist, Katie was good but the owner Nicky was not wearing a mask and her customer was not wearing a mask. When I politely said I feel uncomfortable here with people not wearing a mask the owner then put one on. She wore it below her nose When I mentioned that, she pointed her finger at me and said simmer down. When her customer was leaving her customer said oh I forgot I wasnt wearing a mask.
Not happy at all beware people! I’ve known Nicky for over 20 yrs and still overcharged me for my hair! 300 for a straightening and 200 for a Demi colour! I have very long thick hair and was told I should never use a box colour very unhappy! Also she ruined my hair by taking chunks and cutting long hair point cut! I’ve had to cut 6 or more inches off to fix her damage she done and still need more off. My hair is very very long and she ruined it! Now I go to a great hairstylist in st kitts top 3
Purchased a groupon and was assigned a student stylist in her first year. It was a disaster, finished her trim, which took over half an hour, asked her to dry it and left. Do not waste your money and time at this establishment, terrible customer service.
