Swiss Chalet

Hot and fresh food. Ordered festive meal and it was superb. The donut sundae desert was the best. Fantastic service. Highly recommend.

Have been to this location once and that will be the last time. I don't own a restaurant but I have worked in many, but this is one of the worst run restaurants in the city. They pretty much have two main meats there chicken and ribs, how do you run out of ribs garlic loaf and only have certain parts of chicken(dark meat). The wait for our food was ridicules, and then after the food finally came the shift manager came and told us that some of our meal would be comped, when the bill came nothing was taken off the bill, not that we were looking for something free but this was ridicules. the other Swiss Chalet on Lundy's Lane is great!

White Meat price upgrade too high

The price increase for white meat in the chicken is too expensive. More vegetables could also be incorporated with the side salad at dinner. Why did they eliminate the Thanksgiving special (Harvest special?) That was tasty. Time to incorporate vegetable based soups too. People don't want chicken meals and chicken soup also. More vegetables are needed to round out the meal. Nice ambiance in the restaurant and parking area is well lit. Tables near the front entryway can be cold in when summer is over with gusts blowing in.
