Faced bigotry at this hospital. I came in having an asthma attack with my partner who is male. A nurse stopped us and said the patient only is allowed to come into the waiting room and they made my partner leave. While I was waiting alone in the waiting room a male/female couple sat down in the seats next to me. So apparently partners are alright at this hospital, as long as they're not gay. Homophobia is disgusting and illogical. The last place I expected to experience it was in a hospital.
