SUCH A GREAT DOCTOR. Very kind and helpful.. HOWEVER>. as soon as you leave the office.. you have to deal with the receptionist... She is Rude, dismissive and will blurt at you multiple times how busy she is. good doctor with an unfortunate rude receptionist. She will insult you when you ask a question I HAVE ALREADY TOLD you.. DOctor- you do such a good job.. its time to fire your assistant and hire a better one.. one who can send an email not looking like a grade 4 text message .

I Seen this doctor for a few years now. I recently moved and was told by my family dr to ask the dr for a referral for another haematologist in my area. When I called the Receptionist was VERY RUDE and told me she can’t help me to call my family dr. I told her my family dr told me to call them she said she would talk to the dr and Back to me. When she called back she told me that the dr can’t help me with a referral because I haven’t seen her within the last year.But I was still doing blood work

I met both Drs, K & S and found them very knowledgeable and compassionate. To be fair, the receptionist is also very thorough and helpful. I believe all medical offices charge a missed appt fee but not a cancellation fee as noted in one of the comments on this page and this makes sense as there r many pts awaiting to be given an appt while some others neglect to show up to their confirmed appt. Disgusting creator of a person. Horrible, horrible horrible. I minute away from knocking the receptionist out, shes beyond rude, threatening people she cant handle. What type of nonsense is this? Dr. Kakaswadia, get your act together! You and your staff are both disgusting!!!!!!!!

I completelly agree with the last comment. Me I saw Dr Kukaswadia. She is very informative, kind and professional. But the secretary is super rude, she also hangged up on me and talks like she is telling you off all the time.

Dr is very nice,very informative. But her receptionist has absolutely no social skills. The Dr told us to make an appointment after we did blood test. So I called and she said there's a fee to get our results and ended up hanging up on me. She will cancel appointments without even speaking to us and try to charge us a cancelation fee. When we went for our appt, we sat in the waiting room and listened to her talk to other patients the same way. The Dr deserve 5 stars. Her receptionist needs to go
