Our daughter is a Franks success story! She took her first lesson over 9 years ago in their Kodiak location, and is registered for her Bronze Medallion this spring. If it weren't for the amazing intructors and encouragement she wouldn't be the strong confident swimmer she is today. We really appreciate Franks flexible make-up policies and excellent service. I highly recommend Franks.
Not only are the staff professional courteous and extremely well trained but this is a one-of-a-kind special teaching pool for young swimmers with warm water shallow to medium but not deep depth and it is the only School in the country recognized as an educational institution by the Ontario government. I came here as a child and my child is coming here and there is nothing better! My son can't wait to come to swimming lessons even though at the beginning he was very hesitant and cautious.
If you are considering this place, DONT! They put my son in such danger on his very first day of classes. Now he is traumatized of going back in a pool. With two lifeguards in the water, my 3.5 year old almost drowned! From what I later read online this is not the first time this happens here. Please find another swim school for your children. This place is horrible!!
Our daughter learned to swim here and has been taking swim lessons at Franks ever since. Wonderful instructors and a very flexible program. Well worth it!
