Highly unsanitary& poor quality products. The esthetician dropped the tools and didn’t sanitize them until I asked. The plexiglass wall was gross with fingerprints, furniture not wiped. Tools in the jar were gross and crusty… not clean at all. I had filed my own nails and asked not to use any clippers or trimmers. I just wanted the gel & get out. A few days later it’s clearly low end product, not bio gel and peeling off. Unsanitary and unprof. Go to the one near ikea, they’re busy but amazing
Absolutely awful. They did a horrible job and when I called later to ask for someone to fix it I was given a hard time plus they charged me extra to remove the shellac. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.
I have been there twice; the first time was alright, but the second time they took twice as long to do what other salons have done and didn't do what I asked. I was trying really hard to be patient but none of the manicurists speak English and I ended up going up with dried blood on my cuticle.
