Dr. William Gutierrez is the principal dentist at Smiles On Steeles in Toronto, Ontario. He originates from the South American country of Ecuador where he completed his DDS degree at the University of Ecuador in 1991. He is a 2004 graduate of Dal Housie University where he validated his dental license.
