This place has pathetic customer service. I called ahead to inquire whether they had availability. The lady indicated I could come right away and be seen. I arrive five minutes later and they deny having talked to me, turn me away when the entire salon was empty, and tell me they can't help me. I don't understand how such terrible customer service will ever make it possible for this business to be successful.
Please can you call me to discuss on 416-553-7902. I think I have an explanation. We were experiencing issues in August and September where people were making appointments on the phone and not turning up and also people coming in and saying they had an appointment and we had no record. The issue was to do with some advertising we were doing with Google and Google Partners, that we have now resolved. It seems to me from your review that this would align with those challenges.
