we go to this 1 when were in Oshawa, cause we do not have 1 in scarbrough

We have a coupon book from these guys and the coupons expire jan1/2019. I placed a pickup order over the phone for 1 free large pizza. I brushed it off thinking that maybe he was just having a bad day. When I showed up to pick it up, i was accused of finding the coupon on the ground and that I needed to show him proof of the coupon booklet in order to redeem it. I explained that I have done this numerous times before with no issues. He screamed at me and shoved the pizza at me multiple times!
