Complete CPAP Care Carlingwood Mall

This location does not care about the patient just money. I had problems with this location over a mask. They would not work with me or my insurance company. My CPAC machine has been on recall for over a year and they did not respond to my original question. Now I am trying to get answers and still no customer service. They do not wan to work with you or care about your health. STAY AWAY.

The people here are poorly trained and dishonest. I was charged tax that I shouldn't have been on everything I"d bought from them where medical devices should not be taxed in ON. They also charge for services that other CPAP vendors don't like taking attachments home to see how they fit. The "professionals" there are condescending & seem to know less than I do about how to deal with CPAP problems. I would suggest avoiding this place at all costs.
