I purchased a 2013 ram which came with lifetime oil changes. They call me to tell me it’s time for an oil change so I make an appointment for 745 and ask to wait for it to be done. They assured me I can wait because in the past they send me home with an Uber and call me to tell me it’s done AS SOON AS I GET HOME. Then I have to find my own way back this is why I ask them if I can wait.today I was told it would be a couple of hours but I could take an Uber. BUT WHAT ABOUT MY APPOINTMENT.

Went to get brand new winter tires installed at a garage that has been in business over 40 years that I used for years.
