    Exceptional servi...

    Exceptional service, over the phone, and without any thought of charge! 2 days before Christmas and a warrantied stove became dysfunctional. Tried central service dispatch, but called Stittsville Home Appliances directly from YP, as they are an authorized rep. Mike solved my problem solved within 2 min. over the phone without hesitation. Big Thank You to Mike for his friendly expert advice and consideration. Highly recommend this local small business to the Ottawa and valley area.

    Honest and Upfront

    I was referred to Mike by an employee of Home Depot (where I purchased) my Dryer. Mike was honest to a fault and helped me trouble shoot the issue over the phone. no Service call (aka a bill) and all i needed was a $10 part. What a pleasant surprise now a days. Thank you to the employee from Home Depot (Nice to see they partner with ethical service providers) and special thanks for Mike for his honesty and professionalism. I'll be a repeat customer should any other appliance cause me problems. Bob in Kanata.
