Great service. Answered everything I had questions about. Even came to our house to show us how to operate our new hot tub at no cost. They are about pleasing the customers, I recommend them to anyone

Too bad there isn’t a negative star! Worst customer service ever! 2 year issue with the hot tub and still isn’t fixed. They show up without calling, then tell me they will call, they don’t call. Then they don’t show up when they tell you they will. Hot tub still doesn’t work, I’m awaiting parts, I don’t even know if they ordered them. Don’t buy there unless you have 11 000$ to waste. They were quick at getting our money but not resolving the issue. Terrible just terrible.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, we are new to the hot tub world and she walked us through draining/filling procedure. Even wrote everything down for us. Best customer service ever

The $15,000 hot tub that I ordered was well over a month late, A couple of kids delivered it damaged, when I asked about the damage I was told"oh that's nothing". After a couple of weeks trying to get the hot tub set up everything that was told to me was wrong, then over a year trying to figure out the salt generator (they had no clue). I called the company and they seem to sort it out. Never ever ever again will I deal with McKie pools and spas. Very unprofessional and arrogance.

Absolute worst shopping experience ever.

The owner Kelly showed not a sign of competence throughout the entire miserable experience from the time I put my money down. The tub was weeks late. I am sure she didn't order it in the first place. Never followed up with me after 5 visits to look for my tub. It finially arrives and she "forgets" to have it delivered. So it sat in their driveway until indemanded delivery. Finally they show up, drag it onto my fresh painted deck cutting into the wood. And leave it there with the boxes on top.

If there was a negative star to rate this business, I would mark it, this is thee most disgusting group to deal with, and never, never again......terrible, do not go there!!!!

Service always excellent. Bought 2 tubs from this company. Nice store with lots of supplies on hand so very convenient. Knowledgeable about tubs and prices very good. Recommend to anyone in the area!

Our pool took forever to get installed. It was not installed properly. Owners were not helpful. Never showed up when a appt was scheduled. The pool is still not installed to spec. Would never recommend this place. Waste of money and time.
