Elgin Jewellers (Since 1977)

Elgin Jewellers has been wonderful to us. We enjoy having them as a local business close to our home. My fiancé got a beautiful engagement ring from them. Also, they were extremely helpful every other time I have been in there regarding other jewelry pieces! They have been so kind and helpful!

Very Disappointed

I will never buy anything from Elgin Jewellers again. I bought a bracelet as a gift and the salesperson said that I could exchange it if it wasn't the right size. It wasn't the right size so I took it back. They refused to exchange it, because it was out side of 30 days. The initial salesperson failed to tell me of the policy and I didn't see the small print on the bottom of the receipt. There was no reason to refuse to exchange it, it was brand new and obviously never worn and very common.
