I was booked to see one therapist that was recommended and ended up seeing someone else, without being told in advance that the therapist was unavailable. I didn't feel I got the individual attention that I needed and it seemed they were trying to fit as many patients in my session as they could. The staff were friendly, but I wouldn't go back.
