Don’t waste your time with these people. It’s all about money for them, not the animals. Case in point, they won’t scan strays for microchips without an appointment. Unreal.
I brought my dog , Simba, and the lady at the front was sweet, she prescribed some food to us, that helped my dog a lot, because he was not eating for a week until now.
I gave it a one only because I had to give something. I called because our cat fell and hurt back and was having trouble walking and wanted to make appointment to have her checked. The very rude lady that answered the phone said she had our record but because we hadn't been there in a while he would not see our cat. She said we should find another vet and she would send our records. This shows how much they really don't care about your pet. Please don't take your pets here.
Dr. Brown is the best, staff is very accommodating, helpful and kind.
I have been taking our puppy there since we brought him home. I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Jim Brown, Emily and all of his staff at Southside Pet Clinic. They go above and beyond and I always feel like my dog has the best of care.
Love taking my dogs to this vet clinic. Dr. Brown is very approachable. Does not rush you to make decisions. Is very practical and give you options. Easy to talk to. Front desk staff are very efficient.
ATTENTION ALL CAT OWNERS: PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CATS TO DR. JIM BROWN FOR VACCINES AND RABIES NEEDLES. CATS ARE ONLY SUPPOSE TO GET NON ADJUVANTED NEEDLES. HE INJECTED MY 5 YEAR OLD CAT WITH THE "DOG" VERSION ADJUVANTED 3 YEAR RABIES NEEDLE. MY CAT HAS BEEN SO SICK SINCE THEN, VOMITING, SLEEPING ALL THE TIME. I PHONED HIM AND TOLD HIM HER CONDITION AND HE LAUGHED AND THOUGHT IT WAS FUNNY! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CATS TO THIS VET.
