Absolutely love the staff at Estrada Car Rentals. They were very friendly and helped me with my car rental and even let me try a couple vehicles to see which one I was comfortable in before taking it home. I would %100 recommend Estrada Rentals! They have beautiful new cars all the time there very friendly! They took care of my needs fast and made sure I was happy with the car I got. When I told me I had issues with the size after driving it for a couple days.. they switched it for me right away. I couldn't ask for anything more from a rental company. Will definitely come back if I get in a another accident! Thanks Estrada!

These guys are great. They rescued me after being in accident on the 401 when I couldn't reach anybody else. Yes, they are expensive, but they are also IMMEDIATE. When I returned the rental car, Darren was kind enough to drop me off at a bus stop so that I could make my way back home. Thanks guys!

Great service ,Estrada car rentals helped me right after my accident. They quickly helped me arrange a replacement vehicle at no cost to me. After my car was fixed they picked the replacement car from my house.

SAY NO TO Estrada. Got charged $250.00 on my credit card for delivery and $800.00 to my insurance for a 3 day rental.

Absolutely the worst car rental experience I have ever had. Was actually accused by the owner of being a pig after returning the car in perfect condition except for some pop spilled on the console. Now attempting to charge me $250 for added cleaning after six weeks and over $2000 in charges to my insurance. He also left me waiting for three hours with no phone call on pick up day, still to not call and never show up. The most unprofessional company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
