    Asked questions about my bill. Was treated very rudely by D.J. when asked about why I was paying for an extra half hour the technician was not there for. Apparently I was paying for there travel time to arrive as well as him leaving 15 mins early. Instead of just telling me this he acted like a child on the phone. Acting like he was doing me a favour saying I would be sweating my balls of if not for them. Very unprofessional and terrible customer service.
