Lady who answered call is very unhelpful. We are just 5 mins away and waited 40mins after our pizza has been picked up to came.

Best staff and GREAT Food. I always get the Extra Large Pineapple pizza for my family.. I live in Markham and drive to this location always to order.. LOVE IT!!!

Rude employee (or manager?), nice driver.

This place is maybe a 10 min drive from us and it took over 30 mins to actually arrive so it's reasonable for us to be concerned. When we called the man who answered was not only rude but continually interrupted when we voiced concern. Terrible customer service. If he had been the one to deliver, I would've sent him away. I felt bad for the actual delivery guy so I gave him $5 for a $30 order considering who he's stuck working with. Still, never ordering from here again.
